Cancellation Policy
Payments for sessions will be taken in advance in order to reserve your place. You can guarantee your space when choosing the Monthly Membership option. For Pay As You Go sessions: To reschedule your booking, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your booking time. Cancellations made within this 24 hour period will result in the loss of your payment. This policy also applies if you do not attend your session. You are able to reschedule a session twice, after this the payment will be lost. No refunds will be offered for any sessions booked, as there is an option to reschedule. Please give as much notice as possible, so that your space can be made available for another participant. We hope you understand the need for this policy. For Monthly Memberships: This plan enables you to attend one class per week every month. You are able to cancel your membership at any time. Payment is taken via Direct Debit. This membership is based on class being available for 46 weeks of the year to enable staff sickness/holiday. Notice will be given as far in advance as possible for these situations. For those with monthly membership, currently there is not another class to transfer to, resulting in the loss of that session credit if you are unable to attend. This policy also applies if you do not attend your session. Monthly membership sessions are not transferable to another participant. Please email pilatesosteopathymedway@gmail.com if you are pregnant or recently post partum, so we can guide you as to whether the sessions are appropriate for you. You may also email if you have any health conditions or queries that you would like answered before booking.
