FAQs

Where are classes held?

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking on site. After booking, you will receive a video link with instructions on where to park.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, most participants are new to Pilates! Options will be added to some exercises to ensure everyone is working at a comfortable level for them.

 

FAQs continued

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that are easy to exercise in, including bending forwards and kneeling. Socks must be worn if using equipment provided.

Is equipment provided?

Mats and small equipment is provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat or towel if preferred. 

Monthly Membership T&Cs

This plan enables you to attend one class per week every month. You are able to cancel your membership at any time.

This membership is based on class being available for 46 weeks of the year to enable staff sickness/holiday. Notice will be given as far in advance as possible for these situations. 

Memberships will not be refunded once booked.

A health declaration form will be sent to you after booking your first class; it is compulsory to complete this before attending for the first time. 

Pay As You Go T&Cs

Payments for sessions will be taken in advance in order to reserve your place. To cancel or reschedule your booking, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your booking time. Cancellations made within this 24 hour period will result in the loss of your payment. This policy also applies if you do not attend your session.

 

Please give as much notice as possible, so that your space can be made available for another participant. We hope you understand the need for this policy.

It is reasonably safe for you to participate in physical activity, gradually building up from your current ability level.

This physical activity clearance is valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date it is completed and becomes invalid if your condition changes so that you would answer YES to any of the questions.
